MAG-FILER is your year-end solution to E-filing your 1099's and W2's. Data can be entered or imported, printed to blank forms for your recipients, and e-filed according to the IRS or SSA specifications.
MAG-FILER supports the following forms: all 1099's, 1098's, 5498's, 1042S, W-2G, and W2. MAG-FILER supports only the 50 U.S. states and Dist of Columbia for SSA reporting.

*Note: QuickBooks from Intuit has payroll limits of 800+ employees and/or $10M+ total payroll expense preventing the creation and printing of W2's. MAG-FILER relies on the printing of W2's for importing. MAG-FILER will not import data from QuickBooks Online Services.

Licensing
Program can be purchased and installed at one site to as many workstations as required with one support contact. Multiple contacts and sites require the purchase of additional programs.

Service
End of Year processing a HASSLE, let MAG-FILER do all of the your filing, printing, and even mailing for you.
MAG-FILER will do all or any part of your processing. We are an approved transmitter and have been a service provider of e-filing since IRS and SSA filing's inception in 1984.
We can do all or any one of the following:
Manual entry or import your data
Print substitute or official forms if needed (for sending to your payee/employees)
Mail forms to recipients
E-file to the IRS and SSA
When processing is complete, the service customer will be sent copies of data processed on CD or in a emailed file.
MAG-FILER requires all service customers to sign our service agreement, provide legible copies of all data for entry or files for importing in .xls (Excel), ASCII (.csv), or .prn (QuickBooks) formats, and pre-paid prior to E-filing to the IRS or SSA. Confirmation of service must be made by December 31.

OTHER SERVICES:
We will convert your data files from other accounting systems for you. This service is done on a quotable basis, depending on file size and type of file. Minimum charge $100.00.
State W2 filing (for states accepting the MMREF format) is available on a quotable basis. The state reporting file will be processed either to diskette or CD and sent back to the customer for forwarding to the specific state. MAG-FILER does not include transmittals or forms for that state.
MAG-FILER will process your corrections after the original e-file from previous or current year's 1099 data. Pricing starts at $100.00 per each E-Filing with additional costs for data entry, import, and forms printing if required.
