I actually use the program to help me TIN match. I export out my vendors to your program which combines the duplicate vendors I have in my system and then delete those that are under 600.00 and shazam - I have a clean file to send to the IRS for TIN matching. I love your program and let's not forget to mention your exceptional support.

RamQuest Complete Closing produces 1099S data for IRS and then I import that data to MagFiler. I can then add other 1099S info not in RamQuest and print paper 1099S for customers. We love MagFiler, its very easy to use. We only produce 1099S files for Real Estate Sales.

I used Mag-Filer for the first time to electronically file my 2005 W-2's. I downloaded the software & manual with ease from their site and got to work. I found the program easy to use and the manual provided me all the necessary instruction. The program was able to file my W-2's with the SSA and state of Virginia. It can also do 1099's if needed. Many other softwares I researched required you to purchase separate programs for SSA & state filing. The fact that Mag-Filer does both for one price, makes it a great value. I will purchase again for 2006.

Thanks for your assistance this morning. I had MagFiler installed on a Windows NT machine. You suggested I do it with an XP machine. I did, and the program worked perfectly. I sent my Federal Mag Media file and made a diskette for Idaho. It was a snap.

Magfiler is great! Easy to understand instructions for creating a generic file within QuickBooks to import to Magfiler. It really is that simple. Magfiler offers several report and print options on W-2's and 1099's. E-file also simple to use. Highly recommend Magfiler to payroll service firms.
